Each vehicle on the NEOSTAR platform has been inspected by authorized NEOinsspectors or our contracting partners. The over 60-point inspection clearly shows the actual condition of the vehicle, including its driving behavior. In addition to examining the vehicle, documentation, and service history, each vehicle is photographed in 360º, documenting all damages, in order to show the real condition as closely as possible. For such vehicles inspected, we guarantee NEOSTAR with a warranty of 12 months or 6 months, depending on the age of the vehicle.
Rarely does any used vehicle come with a warranty? They all come to Neostar.
All vehicles that are no longer covered by the factory warranty are accompanied by a NEOSTAR 12 month / 10000 km or 6 months / 5000 km warranty, depending on the age of the vehicle. The NEOSTAR warranty applies to all permanently installed mechanical and electronic parts of a motor vehicle listed in the Checklist through the Initial Verification and Final Verification process, except for parts and functions on the vehicle that are designated as defective, in the manner and to the extent provided in the "General Conditions" NEOSTAR Warranty "and this" NEOSTAR Warranty Scope "
When you choose a vehicle, regardless of whether you have agreed on a price with the seller or clicked on "Buy Now", you will enter the process of vehicle reservation. To make a reservation, it is necessary to make an online deposit of HRK 349,00. By entering the required data and confirming the payment of HRK 349,00 (the amount of the reservation will be returned after the test drive in case you cancel the purchase), the vehicle will be reserved. The reservation is valid for 5 (five) days, or until the remaining amount is paid. You will receive a confirmation of the vehicle reservation in your profile.
After paying for the vehicle, you will receive a confirmation and a message to select the delivery time. Your desired date will be sent to the seller and NEOSTAR representative who will be present at the delivery. If they are unable to accept your appointment, they will suggest an alternative.
For most vehicles, you can. Vehicles on Neostar can be advertised with a fixed price or open to offer. The seller can accept your offer right away or make a counteroffer.
Not necessarily. When entering a vehicle, you can select the "Fixed Price" option. In this case, there is no negotiation of the price, but the buyer can only buy the vehicle at the price you have stated in your ad. If there is no interest in your vehicle, you always have the option of lowering the price later.

A factory warranty is a guarantee for correctness on the mechanical, electric, or electronic parts of a motor vehicle in the period and range of kilometers prescribed by the manufacturer of a specific motor vehicle. The fault report for the duration of the factory warranty is carried out according to the authorized service network prescribed by the vehicle manufacturer. An authorized service network of vehicle manufacturers can be found on the official website of the vehicle manufacturer for the market of the Republic of Croatia.
If you have an active service measure on your vehicle, don't panic. It is a factory solution prescribed by the manufacturer for a frequent problem on a certain series of cars. You only need to take the vehicle to an authorized service workshop and leave it to the experts to resolve the problem. And yes, it's completely free!

We will immediately calculate the exact price of the service, just for your vehicle. All you have to do is choose the service that suits you best and make an appointment immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept your old photos because we think they might not be a relevant indicator of the current state of the vehicle, and since the goal of Neostar is to show the vehicle in a transparent and detailed way with all its flaws and virtues, it is necessary to take pictures in the 360° view that our Neoinspectors will take for you.
Vehicles that are not physically located in your dealership can be entered on the platform, but it can only be activated/advertised when they are physically in your location.
The payment process takes place safely through the secure transaction server and the buyer first reserves the vehicle, pays for the vehicle reservation, and then receives the information for the payment of the remaining amount. After paying the full amount, the vehicle must be prepared and delivered to the buyer, and after resolving the complete paperwork on the purchase and collection of the vehicle by the buyer, the financial sequence is the transfer of money to your account as a seller. Money is safe in the entire process because it is of great importance to us that both parties (buyer/seller) are insured.
After successfully completing the delivery of the vehicle, we immediately transfer the funds to your account. The duration of the money transfer depends on your bank. As a rule, funds paid on weekdays are visible no later than 24 hours after posting the payment, while in the case of weekends and holidays, the transaction is carried out on the first next working day.
The service history is not exclusively necessary for obtaining a warranty, several parameters are considered, from the general condition of the vehicle and vehicle information to the last service for which there must be a documented trace in the form of an actual invoice.

The commission is calculated only when the purchase is realized through the platform or providing a warranty on vehicles.

Each tire on its side page contains a label that is also the most important parameter when choosing the right tire for your vehicle. Below are descriptions of all the markings on the tires:

205 - Tire width in millimeters, side by side of the tire
55 - The height of the tire is expressed as a percentage of its width. For example, if the tire is 225/45, this means that the tire is 225 mm wide and its sidewall height is 45% of its width, or 101 mm.
R- The designation describes the way in which the fibres of the internal load-bearing structure are oriented. Modern tires are almost exclusively radial structures and bear the R mark. They provide better performance and longer service life than classic diagonal tires.
17 - The size of the rim, expressed in inches, indicates the diameter of the rim to which the tire is intended.
95 - The load-bearing index is the marking for the load capacity of the tire. In the case of passenger vehicles, this index ranges from 75 (387 kg per tire) to 100 (800 kg per tire).
H- The speed index indicates the maximum speed for which the tire is intended. The letter marks most commonly encountered on passenger vehicle tires range from Q (up to 160 km/h) to Y (up to 300 km/h).
M+S - purpose code. If the tire is intended for use in snow and mud, it will bear the M+S mark.
DOT 36/19 - The DOT mark shows the date the tire was manufactured. The first number indicates the week, and the second the last two digits of the year in which the tire was produced.

Your car stopped on the road? You can´t turn it on? If your vehicle is not in driving condition and you have a mobile warranty activated, you have the right to transport the vehicle to the first authorized service workshop. You are entitled to this service by regularly maintaining your vehicle in authorized services for the brand of your vehicle.
PPMV is an abbreviation for a special tax on motor vehicles that can be divided into a system of taxation of new and used motor vehicles. It is determined on the basis of carbon dioxide emissions expressed in grams per kilometer, the selling price of a motor vehicle, engine power in kilowatts, engine volume in cubic centimeters, and exhaust emission levels.
The price of all vehicles on the Neostar platform is included in our commission which amounts to 1% of the total price of the vehicle. We believe that all services and benefits offered by the purchase, sale or service of vehicles on the platform justify this, compared to the competition, low fee.

For vehicles with the tag Reserved, the reservation is paid in the amount of HRK 2000 and if the purchase is not realized in the period of 48h, the vehicle will be again available for purchase.

We do not obligate you to sell the vehicle through the platform, but in this case, we will not be able to provide a warranty for your vehicle. Therefore, we definitely advise you to use the full potential of the platform which we offer because this is an opportunity that is not to be missed!
In case you forgot your password, after incorrectly entering the password, you have the option (link) to request its change. After selecting the link and requesting a change and entering an e-mail address, you will receive a notification through which you will be able to enter a new password.

The difference in status is reflected in the fact that the unverified vehicle has not been inspected by the Neostar team and for such a vehicle Neostar.com cannot guarantee, what is indicated to potential buyers. The vehicle with verified status is inspected by the Neostar team in 60 points (checklist) which guarantees the correctness of all entered data and indicates the condition of the vehicle in the advertisement. If you want your ad to be published as verified, choose this option through the platform. You need to pick a date and our Neoinspektor will do the rest of the work.

All vehicles on the Neostar platform (excluding vehicles with factory-warranty ) are covered by the Neostar warranty. There are two conditions that must be met for the warranty to be activated:
- The user must be registered on the platform
- It is necessary that the vehicle has the proof of the last service made in accordance with the prescribed service interval by the vehicle manufacturer

Once the registration process is complete, select the option Service at the top of the site. Making an appointment for the service that is financed through the warranty is made identically as of any other package offered on the platform. The difference is only in the selection of a specific service package - NEOSTAR WARRANTY. Below is a step by step description of the process of making an appointment for the warranty service.
After you have accessed the platform and selected the Service option, the system home page opens.
In the drop-down menu on the general vehicle data entry page, select the age, make, fuel, and vehicle model.
After selecting the required parameters, the system further navigates you to the selection of engine power and type.
Select the NEOSTAR warranty package from the next menu.
After selecting the desired service package, you automatically store it in the shopping cart. The next step is to select a service workshop.
By clicking on the selection of the workshop, a menu for entering your address and selecting the service within the offered area opens.
By entering your address, the system automatically offers all services in the selected area.
After selecting the desired service, the location and address of the service are displayed.
After selecting the desired service, you only need to choose the term that suits you. After entering the required vehicle information, clarification of the problems you have with the vehicle (option Tell us more about the problem with the vehicle) and the desired date and time, and the selection of the payment method, the process of making an appointment for the service is completed.
We would like to draw your attention once again that, as stated in the terms of the Neostar warranty, for each reported defect, customer-user participation in the amount of repair (franchise) is required, namely:
875 HRK (eight hundred and seventy-five kunas), including VAT, for a vehicle under the age of 10 (ten) and with less than 200,000 km (two hundred thousand kilometers) driven, reported at the time of the purchase of the Selected Motor Vehicle (for example: if the repair of the reported defect costs 875 HRK, then the whole amount (875 HRK) is paid by the CUSTOMER-USER; if the repair of the reported defect costs 1,000 HRK, then the first 875 HRK is paid by the CUSTOMER-USER, and the remaining amount (125 HRK) is the cost of NEOSTAR);
Or
1,875 HRK (one thousand and eight hundred seventy five) including VAT, for a vehicle older than 10 (ten) years and with more than 200,000 km of two hundred thousand kilometers), reported at the time of the purchase of the selected motor vehicle. In this case, in case of failure, the maximum cover for all failures within the duration of the neostar guarantee is 6,500 HRK (six thousand and five hundred kunas), including VAT (for example: if the repair of the reported defect costs 1,875 HRK, then all 1,875 HRK is paid by the CUSTOMER-USER; if the repair of the reported defect costs 6,000 HRK, then the first 1,875 HRK is paid by the BUYER-USER, and the remaining amount (4,125HRK) is at the expense of NEOSTAR If the repair of the reported defect costs 9,000 HRK, then the first 1,875 HRK is paid by the CUSTOMER-USER, the amount of 5,325 HRK is the cost of NEOSTAR, while the remaining amount (1,800 HRK) is also paid by the CUSTOMER-USER).
